Lulu's - Florida Panhandle

The service was great, food was great, atmosphere was great. There is a small arcade to pass the time for children. They had an area outside in the sand with corn hole boards to play. The fried green tomatoes are excellent, my wife had the grilled Jumbo shrimps and she said it was very good and she would get it again. I had the fried Snapper and it was excellent. My son decided he was going with the Mac and cheese and eating it. He's not a big eater, so it was more than enough for him.

Good vibes and great music! Lulu’s is a true family friendly gem in Destin. Our 30-minute wait for a table sped by with a visit to the arcade and beach-front activities. Once we were at our table, service was prompt and friendly. We recommend the gumbo, smoked tuna, and the fresh catch of the day was amazing. Really, everything we ordered was excellent. Our kids really enjoyed dancing to the live music. Lulu’s atmosphere and food is truly worth the wait!

This place is a definite beach experience, you're seaside with the sand beneath your toes , live music is also there often (not always) Very friendly service. The food was terrific and order was delivered accurately. We will definitely be revisiting each time we come to destin.

Hush puppies, Tuna salad, jerk chicken sandwich and Texas Margherita were all delicious. Our server was really sweet. If it wasn't so windy we would have enjoyed some outdoor fun on the beach side patio.

The atmosphere was a lot of fun, the drinks were delicious, and the food was quite good. We rented a pontoon from Okaloosa Island and spent the morning at Crab Island, then brought the boat to Lulu for lunch. We could easily access the water and the sandy area at Lulu's, making for a great experience. We arrived at around 12:45, and while it took about 30 minutes to get a table, it was during the lunch rush, and they didn’t seem overly busy. The kids enjoyed the sand and the "Fountain of Youth," although there wasn’t much shade, so we mostly stayed inside the restaurant. The gift shop was amusing, and we all ended up buying something. While the food was better than average, some items felt a bit overpriced for what you get. I highly recommend the Crab Melt! The cocktails are around $10, but they were very good. We would definitely return and recommend it to others.
