There was a waiter at the entrance, a little stressed, who explained that they were taking almost an hour, it only took 15 minutes because we chose products that were already ready on the counter. More than an hour without the order arriving at the table, in addition to leaving without my order (which was sent to the wrong table) several employees without any politeness, terrible experience!

It's a good place to dine, but it used to be much better. I ordered American coffee, and the food sat on the counter for a few minutes while they made the coffee, so the bread and egg arrived cold. The orange juice looked like it was from a “box”, it was not natural, without much quality. The server was very friendly, and delivery of the meal was quick, however I have had experiences of it taking more than half an hour to serve a piece of cake (which was ready) and a coffee. I understand about the environment that it is a very pleasant, beautiful and comfortable place, however the music for the morning was inappropriate, it was party music, when I believe it would make the environment more pleasant, something calmer for a morning.
