Bidra med feedbackWent to the Pie Factory a couple of weeks ago on a trip to TN. Loved it! We had both the wings and a pizza. So good! Our server was very friendly and helpful as this was our first visit. Loved the vibe, the space is funky and has a lot of character. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the food was out of this world. I'm generally not a huge wing fan, but these were amazing so glad I tried them. The pizza was to die for! Thin, crispy crust and just the right balance of toppings. It was well worth the trip and we'll definitely be back.
My wife and I tried the pie factory for the first time a couple years ago and have become regulars. We have yet to have any pizza there that wasn't excellent. The crust is thin on all pizzas so if you don't like that, then you may may want to avoid, but we love it. The pizza is always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the smores dessert pizza as well.
A group of us descended The Pie Factory for a very late lunch. Erika, our waitress knew exactly what we needed so she suggested an iceberg wedge salad and a Philly Phanatic pizza. We were so in heaven with the thin crust Philly Phanatic pizza! So delicious and so nutritious too! The wedge salad fit the bill and was great! Erika kept our glasses filled got our food out so expeditiously too! We will need to return and try out more of their pies!
Love this place great food!!! I try to eat here at lest once a week if not more. Great atmosphere and amazing staff. I recommend taking out of town guest here to show off the local flavor.
Good pizza (thin crust, not those Chicago-style casseroles) with an excellent local draft selection. It is a bit pricey, but worth it for a night out or a visit to Florence.
