The Hideout Ramen Boba Tea - Florence

Very welcoming place! Staff is nice and helpful. Very cool place if you're into or have knowledge about card games and video games. They also serve some quality food in there cafe

When we went to Florence, we always try to find a small local place for good food, when we first pulled up it doesn't look like a restaurant. The place itself smells of old pizza and grim, we waited almost 40 minutes for ramen. Normally, that wouldn't be an issue but we were served spaghetti noodles in a broth where all you tasted was pepper. The pork that we chose was burned to a crisp, it resembled burnt bacon, the egg was cold in the center and the only fresh thing about it was the onion.The staff seem friendly but the food and the atmosphere makes you feel like your at club for incels and I frankly didn't feel safe

This place is awesome. My kids love the Boba. The Ramen is very good. The employees are always nice and make me laugh.

Boba tea was delicious..Ramen bowl was okay.. didn't like the spaghetti noodles used instead of ramen noodles.It didn't have the ramen bowl look or taste it's supposed to.. besides that.. I'll always go back for the boba teas..

Absolutely delicious. I was so excited that there was a place in Florence that offered vegan options, that wasn't a chain. They have a vegan broth, plenty of veg options, and even vegan dumplings. They can even do the Boba tea with almond milk. Highly recommend!
