Texas Roadhouse - Florence

My family and I came here for dinner and from beginning to end, our food and server Jennifer was exceptional. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. Our server was friendly and genuine..Food: 5/5

The server we had was great. We had a large party and she handled all the special requests and requirements excellently. The staff was very helpful and understanding of our wishes to be seated together and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The food was delicious and hot, so kudos to the kitchen staff as well for their attentiveness to the food prep. Will be returning in the near future.

Everything was great but our server was Amazing... He got our order correct, he was very friendly, I love his attitude, he laughed and joke with us... very spiritual guy...I wish all server was like him. He even said he love his job and it shows.... (Not just my table but with all his tables) We even spoke with his manager and told her what a wonderful job he did. Please don't lose him and if I come back which I will, I will make sure hes my server(if he working) His name is Christian (Chris) and he should remember me because we had someone in our group name Chris.... Thanks Christian for being a great server..... We need more of you... Please if y'all visit this place ask for Chris as a server he is amazing..

This steakhouse in Florence provided the worst service I have ever experienced. The food quality was also abysmal. Our party of 4 had a bill of over $150 and left feeling like we had been ripped off. It took over 20 minutes to receive a draft beer, and the steak was cold while the plate was hot, which made no sense. The vegetables were bland, with broccoli and carrots still having their stems and discolored florets. The salad was the only decent part of the meal, but it barely filled half the bowl. We had to ask for bread 3 times, and when it finally arrived, it was somewhat warm. The appetizers, fried pickles and rattlesnake bites, were mediocre at best. Overall, we were not impressed and will never return to this restaurant.

Texas roadhouse restaurants are always worth a visit if you like lively atmosphere and good steaks. This one was packed as they usually are. Girl who greeted us was very busy but was helpful and very quick and efficient at getting us a table within 5 minutes. Girl who took care off us was superb. Food was great, NY strip was cooked just as I asked for. Mash potatoes and corn were nice and fresh. Same as the bread which is cooked on site. Well worth a visit and really nice southern atmosphere and hospitality.
