Had the veggie loaf salad and they have some vegan pastries but they sell out fast

This little gem is tucked away in the middle of the block between Maple and Laurel Streets and Bay and 1st streets. Tried two excellent vegan cookies, my favorite being lemon poppy seed. Paired the dessert with almond mylk cappuccino and enjoyed the casual quiet ambiance of the place. Can't wait to come back for lunch and try their bbq veggie loaf sandwich. So nice to have quality vegan choices and this place delivers.

While passing through town, I discovered this hidden gem on the Happy Cow app. Although there weren't many vegan options available, the ones they did offer were delicious. It seems they have a different vegan option each day. I tried the BBQ Bean Loaf sandwich with vegetables on sourdough bread and found it to be quite tasty. I would love to be able to recreate it at home. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
