Steak N Stuff - Florence

I do not recommend ordering a drink at this restaurant as you may not receive it. Instead, they may offer you a credit toward your order or a free cheesecake on your next visit. However, this does not solve the immediate issue of not having a drink with your meal. This has been a consistent problem every time I have ordered from Steak Stuff in Florence, which is why it has been over two years since my last order from there.

One star is too generous! I was charged $116.00 on my card for a 24.95 bill! Despite calling them five times to rectify this mistake, they were unhelpful. I will never be ordering from them again.

I went to this restaurant for the first time on Sunday and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My well-done steak was cooked perfectly and the staff was wonderful. The chef even came out to ensure that our food was to our liking and was happy to make any necessary adjustments.

I went in about a week ago and the place was full of pedophiles. Had absolutely zero security. the balding manager or as per what he told Chris was terrible and went on and on about his card game fanatics and his slightly obese girlfriend kept interrupting while I ordered my food. and he would ignore me. if you enjoy being served by oblivious, incompetent employees and the food being terrible then this is the place for you.

We weren't sure what to expect, but you guys knocked it out of the park. We ordered two steaks and they were both cooked to perfection, and much bigger than we expected. All food was hot and wrapped so it would have stayed that way. Potatoes were actually cooked fork tender and that's hard to find. Steaks were quite easy to cut with a plastic knife!
