Olive Garden Italian - Florence

Had the Lasagna Frittas as an appetizer, then the Chicken Marsala and the 6 oz sirloin as entrees. Everything was delicious. Can only recommend. The waiter was very fast paced and spoke so fast that it was hard to follow sometimes. The atmosphere is outdated and the booth was uncomfortable. But for the food I can look over that!

We come here all the time and never have a problem that was very different tonight. Waited over 30 minutes for soup and salad and when she finally came out with soup and salad the food was ready and she threw everything on the table. Terrible service and that manger was no help. Terrible experience and too bad because we lovED this place.

Waited 45 minutes to get my food then it was wrong. Don't mind waiting to get food but when I get it. I want it hot an right. Look like the cook just throwed it on plate an it was not hot. It was room temperture

Our food was De-lish! Server was sweet. We had a great time.

The food was not great, the service was horrible. Our waitress kept forgetting our order and kept forgetting to bring us anything we asked for and the atmosphere was very poor they set us right next to another family. They set us on the same bench.
