Ihop - Florence

Have eaten twice from this place, the second time was a terrible wrong order to replace. the second order was correct, but it was far from good. the person we ordered over the phone said she had done everything fresh, I think that was dinner hours. our whole food was cold. most tasted very stale, and the hathbrowns were terrible. eier like gum and tasted a week old, French toast was best moderate and no sirup on order with French toast and pancakes given. bacon seemed old. the only redemption in the order was the fruit for our pancakes was a decent amount and the chocolate shaker that was tasty but five dollars for a small drink size shaking is terrible. it wasn't even full. there were four cars in the partie for dinner, between 5 and 6 o'clock, so not sure why the food was far from fresh. I don't think we'll go back a third time.

We took our family to eat, and we stood there and waited to sit, and no one recognized us. other families came in behind us, and the dame with the long black hair sat 2 families in front of us. very unprofessional.

The service was great! we sat immediately and our server was very friendly and funny. she gave us a unique and amazing experience. the food came out quickly and was hot and tasty. there have been so many great parts of our visit and now that they are open around the clock, I will visit in every case!

The food was good. our server was friendly and polite. they were quite understated. while our eating quickly came out, the small 6 ounces drinking glasses are not very useful for an adult man. our server had too many tables to bring us a refill. when we had our first deductor glass refills, we decided not to ask about the unlimited pancake deal we have paid for and starved for. it wasn't just our server. the table next to us waited for over 20 minutes after they were placed on another server to take their drink order.

Night shift only had one waitress who made us wait while she was only attending two tables; the entire area was empty. Told us it would be 30-45 min to be served. It seemed like she made us wait longer in order for us to leave, along with another table that got there at the same time. As soon as we left (after an hour without being served she finally decided to attend the only table left. Even the rest of the staff came out and asked several times if we had been attended but they were only cooks so they weren't able to take our orders. It's a good location; unfortunately, the waitress on the night shift didn't seem willing to attend the customer's well.
