About a third of the pot roast was huge blobs of fat. The meat itself, once I removed the fat, was tough and stringy. I wound up throwing most of the meat away. I was really surprised because the pot roast has always been very good.
Delicious tender pot roast...everything was delicious!
Fish is always hot fresh and good!
