Chili's Grill - Florence

Our dining experience left a lot to be desired. We ordered chips and salsa and queso. There were 5 of us eating. The server never offered to bring more chips. We had over two thirds of our salsa and cheese left but weren't able to eat it because we had no chips. The server never brought me a refill. She brought my husband 3 refills and the 2 children got refills once. My daughter and I never got a refill.I finally got up and went to my vehicle and got a bottle of tea that I had from earlier in the day after I had eaten half of my meal with nothing to drink. The food was not good. I ordered nachos for my meal. They were missing some of the toppings and they were very over done to the point that the cheese was crispy and burnt. Our total for 2 adults and 1child was $60. It was not worth it at all. I was very disappointed with our food and service and will not be back there again.

Very poor service. Now let me start from the beginning, now I’m not the type to spill the tea but I’ve just got to tell. Me and my family went to Chili’s after church on Sunday . Any chance I get to eat with my family is a very important thing to me, so I take it quite seriously. We got there around 11:10, and we were one of the first people there, and we didn’t leave until 12:45, which was not by choice. Now let’s get into the juicy stuff. First of all they got basically all of our orders wrong, was it on purpose I don’t know, but I do know that it wasn’t right. My grandfather never even saw his food, and that made my grandmother very upset. She’s never upset. In conclusion I would just like to say we were very disappointed in you Chili’s.

So well have been to this place 4 times . Everytime we come here the same thing happens. My girlfriend has a service dog and they sit us on the other side of the restaurant away from everybody. The last time we were in there we got seated as our usual table and 7 or 8 other couples came in and set them no where near us. Then in top of that 15 minutes after we got our food they rushed to get us out of there. I have done hired a lawyer to sue them for discrimination. We have the ADA on our side as well. Was seated quickly and our server Brittany was super friendly and did a great job. The mushroom swiss burger and fries was delicious! Will definitely be back again.

Nice customer service, good selection of food and drinks, and really good chicken sandwich and fries.
