Shady place ideal for a little relaxation or a meal off the cliff... is a wonder!

We go into the gallery and an old waiter introduces us to the tables. I immediately saw the restaurant at the bottom of the gallery and the tables looked like that restaurant. Surprise: a ringer separates the restaurant from a fantomatic bar that we didn't even look at. We run from a menu that seemed made with microsoft paint. we want pizza and I ask immediately if they have wood oven. the answer is no (ahi because they oavano the electric oven, located in a hole somewhere other than the bar — but we discovered it later. then we look at the first dishes on the menu. They seemed decent. but then the bitter/disgusting surprise! hot, plastic. risotto and with cream that seemed poured in a small way! We knew then that the food was cooked in a microwave, incredible. in a beautiful city like the florence, immediately crossed the Pontevecchio, it seems surreal to find a place where the food is heated with microwave in 2019. but go! besides the tables certainly not of quality and the table of paper, the glasses brought them with white spots! seemed washed quickly. then vabbè, the plastic bottled water taken from a fridge bar outside the room (but how many have been amazing. Bad service! we tried to finish the pasta and risotto, but eventually we surrendered. They were wicked dishes, infallible. also the risotto knorr of the supermarket is more tasty than this! on the arrival of the waiter, I stopped him saying sorry, but the dough is hot, it is hard, it looks plastic. and the same thing is for risotto. The waiter's answer? ok. but seriously! you get the account and it is 19€. Theft, practically the only decent thing was the bottle of water we took with us. sin! at the time of payment, I make again present, this time to the lady, that pasta and rice were shaken, unforgivable. Here comes the usual puerile ohh excuse, we apologize, but today we failed an employee. — look at the case just on that day, when we really know for certain — and unfortunately it would have been better to know before — that foods are cooked with microwave. If they were right, they would have made us at least one dish, to apologize for the poor quality of the food we ordered. the problem is that just entering the gallery, the place at the bottom and side, they look like one with the tables at the beginning, which instead are part of this almost invisible bar. and if the waiter of the bar introduces you to the table, a tourist thinks that it is the other local, which instead seems much better! the other place I will definitely try it at the next visit to florence! I don't like to write negative reviews, but this locare exceeded all my lowest expectations. It is not worth 1 star, unfortunately. I'm sorry.
