Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant is stupend! east meets west, the courses are prepared in the Italian traditional with seasoned and crumbling influenced from the east. as the saying says, we eat with our eyes. di mio each court was presented with simpleness and aromene that explode in their mouth. we will return when we are back in florence.
Really unique Tuscan-asian cuisine. creative and tasty menu. the muted Baozi sandwich (dipped 't really resemble baozi imo, but they can call it what they want, it beaten) was heavenly. also the Bavarian egg was really interesting. had a soft jelly-like consistency that they would not expect from ice. maintains his Michelin leadership status.
Recommended by a local friend as a delicious change of tempos from the class, and it was an extremely inspiring and satisfying lunch. I have only made two photos of our many curses because I was so excited about the aromen, but if they don't have time for the daily menu, I must strongly recommend the udon. toothy noodles, rich broth, fine cut vegetables. If I could get this in berlin, I would be regular.
Suggested by an another restaurant where no table were available, I couldn’t be more grateful to discover this place! I suggest you to take a first drink at the Cibleo caffe next to it and to come eat after. The gastronomic menu was really good, the ingredients are fresh and used with heart and mindfulness. Fresh fish of the day and the dashi stole definitely my heart, and watching the chief cooking is an interesting experience if you love to cook. My only “regret” was the curry chicken with rice, but it’s personal preference, because it was really good too : And thank you for the birthday attention it was really sweat of the team !
This is very interesting place. There's no Omakase restaurant in Florence. Therefore they have invented something new. It's Omakase style but not sushi, rather it's Italian dish, infused with Japanese and Korean ingredients and flavors. Very surprising. They call it, Tasting menu paired with Wine. Definitely worth visiting. Visit and follow insta @mrakusuma for more reviews and photos of more recommended places to eat
