JJ Kings - FLOREAT

During our stay with friends in Floreat, we decided to go out for a morning coffee. Despite not being familiar with the area, we stumbled upon this quaint and peaceful cafe. Surprisingly, it was not as busy as the others nearby. The exceptional coffee and service left us wondering why it wasn't more crowded. I enjoyed a short black coffee along with a mango passion fruit smoothie bowl, which was absolutely delicious.

It's disappointing that this restaurant serves delicious food but their coffee is terrible. It's cold, bad, weak, and tasteless. The overall experience would be outstanding if they improved their coffee and hired a better barista.

The banter restaurant offers excellent food that is well-prepared, tasty, and reasonably priced. The ambiance is exceptionally relaxing. I recommend enjoying a couple of glasses of Sauvignon Blanc, one upon arrival and another during the meal, unless you are the designated driver.

We have been coming here for a number of years. Lately the food hasnt been as good, smaller portions, less choice, toast was dry and burnt. Still good coffee.

Bit disappointed last time we went here. Used to get fabulous big breakfasts but last time toast was burnt and servings small and uninspiring. Do they have different staff?
