Bidra med feedbackI have used this Pizza Hut for a long time, and they have always been friendly and helpful! However, my last two experiences were very different. On Friday’s during the summer, I order pizza for counselors that help at our summer camp. Usually around 4-6 pizzas depending on how many I have to feed. Always simple, pepperoni and cheese. Last week, I ordered on the app like I always do, and when I went in to pick up my pizzas the woman told me that for orders like this I need to call in and treat it like a future order. The problem with that is I don’t know when I’m able to go get the pizzas, it just depends on what time we finish up after camp. Yesterday I called in, they took my order and told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I show up, she tells me “this is the last time I’m gonna tell you this.” Tells me again to do a future order. I say AGAIN that I do not know when I can pick them up. She says place a future order and call if you’re running behind…. I’m working camp and I cannot get on my phone. This order was only 4 pizzas, I do not understand why this is all of a sudden a problem. If they need more time to make the pizzas, they are welcome to tell me it’ll take longer instead of saying 15 minutes… I’m never in a huge rush. I did it all last summer with no issues and the woman then was always so sweet and kind. I’ll have to find another place to get pizza from.
The Pizza Hut in Flora, MS, always gets it right. Pizza is always hot, fresh, ready right on time.

I guess Mrs Elaine finally quit.I went in tonight my order was 55 minutes and while I waited I watched a woman bring back burnt cheese sticks and get talked down to like a child. Apparently there is a no refund policy? Who knew.Got my pizzas finally after 55 minutes which are also burnt on top and without sauce. Zero stars #bringbackElaine
I hate to leave negative reviews but this was my worst experience ever, hands down. I 've never seen such a disorganized place. They had one person cooking the food and filling the hot box, but no communication with anyone else, so the lobby was filling up with people waiting for their orders...but no one was giving out the food! After 45 minutes of waiting, I finally went to the desk to cancel my order. The lady then disappeared into the back and you could hear her arguing with someone else. That person came to the front and asked what the problem was. When I told her that I wanted to cancel my order, she threw up her hands and said I don 't run the register! and left! Then the first lady came back with a pizza...apparently it had been ready for 15 minutes and no one knew it. Even then we didnt get all of our order. And after we ate we regretted it even more. Needless to say I will never be back.
