Veranda - Flintshire

A family member placed an order for delivery two hours ago. We were told it would arrive within the hour. After trying to reach the restaurant for the last half hour, we finally got through on the phone only to be informed that the delivery driver's car had broken down and our order was not on its way. It was disappointing not to receive a phone call informing us about the delay in our food delivery. This experience has been so bad that we have decided not to order from this restaurant again. The poor customer service we received is an understatement - this place is shockingly bad.
