Mei Mei - Flintshire

I frequently order takeout from this restaurant and have it delivered. The service is excellent, and the food is always hot when it arrives. I typically only have to wait 30-45 minutes for my order, as they provide an estimated delivery time.

We decided to order delivery from a restaurant after receiving a leaflet in our mailbox. The delivery driver arrived promptly and was very friendly. Placing our order over the phone was a breeze. When we received our food, we were extremely pleased - it was freshly prepared, packed with fresh ingredients, and absolutely delicious. While slightly pricier than your average takeaway, the quality was well worth it. We were impressed and look forward to either ordering from them again or visiting their restaurant in the future.

Worse chinese ever! A lot better Places to go in the local area, food was horrendous and was waiting over half an hour when collecting the food

We ordered food from this restaurant and were charged £39. Unfortunately, when we unpacked the food, my son's chips were missing. When we called to inform them about the missing item, we were accused of lying and told that we didn't order the chips in the first place. According to their menu prices, we were charged for something that we didn't receive. Be cautious when ordering for your family because if they make a mistake with your order, they will just call you a liar. We ordered 2 x chicken fried rice at £7.80 each, 2 x sweet and sour Chinese style dishes at £7.20 each, 1 x sausage at £1.90, 1 x BBQ sauce at £2.10, and delivery at £2.00 for being 2.7 miles away from the restaurant, which totals £36. I also ordered chips which should have brought the total to £39, but we did not receive them and were still charged £39. Additionally, the driver refused to give us a receipt and took it back with him, which makes us suspect that he may have taken and eaten my son's missing chips. I would like a refund for the overcharge, or I will report this to trading standards for overcharging and falsely accusing customers of lying.

My son passed his driving test today so we thought we would celebrate and have a takeaway for tea. We never complain but felt this needed to be said. Firstly a meal was forgotten so my husband had to go back to collect it. Then we went to dish up the food to find the prawn crackers were stale. Apparently when I spoke to them about this they said they wouldn’t be a fresh as normal as they are due to be done again!!! The noodles were extremely dry and crunchy, The chips and spring rolls had bin cooked in stale fat you could taste it and my sons salt and pepper chicken was disgusting wet soggy and had a hair in in. We have eaten from here many times and never had an issue but today was just terrible. We bagged all the food up because it hadn’t bin touched and they have refused a refund. We are not happy at all with the service the lady was unhelpful and very much in denial and wouldn’t take on board the complaint at all and basically said the food was fine when it certainly was not to the point we have kept the food and will be taking this matter further.
