Maude's Alabama Bbq - Flint

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at this restaurant and will definitely be coming back. The ribs and brisket were both incredibly tender and flavorful. The mac and cheese was excellent, and the BBQ pulled pork was delicious. Next time, I will be sure to ask for an extra side of BBQ sauce as I enjoy my dishes saucy. The onion petals were also a tasty addition to our meal.

I decided to try the St. Louis Rib Dinner with a side of Fried Okra at this restaurant. The ribs were so tender that the meat practically fell off the bones. The tangy barbecue sauce added a delicious flavor to the dish. I used the warm roll that came with the meal to soak up the extra sauce. The okra was surprisingly good and not soggy at all, despite being steamed. I also enjoyed the flavorful and perfectly cooked hamburger. I will definitely be ordering from this place again!

I usually love this restaurant, but my wings were absolutely terrible today. They were extremely rubbery and undercooked. The situation was so bad that I took pictures. This is the first time I've ever had a negative experience here.

The pulled chicken dinner is fantastic. Its enough for 2 meals for me. I got coleslaw for a side and it was tasty. I liked the cornbread too.

Mac and cheese bowls are different and fantastic. Paired with a side salad which has the right amount of dressing included and it is a great meal and my hard to please mom loves the apple pecan salad
