Biggby Coffee Flat Rock

Prices are a little high for everyday coffee so I only go once a week if that. The coffee is great, the food is okay, and the staff is extremely pleasant. There’s usually a large line because a lot of people like their coffee, but I’ve never waited more than 30 minutes in the drive through or about 10-15 in the store. This location has never disappointed.

Been coming here for years and I will continue to be. Best Biggby, ever. Today the drinks were especially great! Thank you and happy Holidays.

The person at the drive through was quite patient and helped to explain different flavor and ingredient options as well as gave his suggestions since it was my first time and I wanted something very sweet. Very nice customer service!

The chai tea latte wasn't the best, lacking in flavor, but I enjoyed the frothy foam. I'll likely try a different drink next time. The medium-sized hot chai tea latte was larger than anticipated and cost $5, more than I had expected.

I am a big fan of Biggby and this is my go-to location. The employees are consistently friendly and the business is actively engaged in the community, which I appreciate. Despite the wide variety of menu options, I have never experienced any mix-ups with my orders, and the shop is always clean. The service is fast and efficient, even during busy periods. I highly recommend this particular coffee shop.
