Bidra med feedbackI recently visited Tank Bar located inside the station. The staff member working on the afternoon of January 29th was very slow and quite impolite. I had to wait for nearly 15 minutes for my smoothie, and when I inquired about the delay (as I had already been waiting for some time and had a train to catch), she appeared dismissive and unconcerned. Instead of preparing my smoothie, she was preoccupied with answering text messages. Additionally, the smoothie itself was not even enjoyable. Overall, the service was terrible.
Monica at the Manukau Westfield location provides exceptional customer service. On Saturday, December 29th at 9:15am, I ordered a mango zest smoothie with half ice (I prefer a more watery consistency) and she made it exactly to my liking. She even checked to ensure it was satisfactory, added more flavor, and blended it again until I was completely satisfied. I was impressed by her dedication and willingness to go above and beyond, especially on a busy Saturday morning.
