Talimanao And Catering.

Don’t waste your money on this catering. The owner eats the money and won’t ever take responsibility for her faults. She is greedy and comes up with the same excuses to everyone. She won’t reply to anyone messages, so don’t waste your time texting or calling her. She still owes me and I can’t wait to take her down. Worse catering in New Zealand.

After reading all the negative feedback regarding the owner , food quality , service and being unprofessional . I thought I was a one off situation but it looks like a trend. This is the worse example for a Samoan business owner who is upsetting a lot of our own people but continuing to ignore the feedback. If you can't provide what you are offering to our Pacific people than you should take full responsibility and do something about it or leave the industry altogether.

Did not want to do this but I have no choice because im sick of all the back and forth lies from them. Booked my sisters wedding with talimanao but 2 months before the wedding we had to cancel as our family members had offered to cater. the full price of the catering was $16,000 and we had paid her $13,500, upon cancelling she had informed us that we would receive refund of $11,500 on the 18 of November which was literally 8 days before the wedding come the 18 of November we contact her and she tells us that she does not have the money for us. 3 days later we contact her again and she tells us she has only got $3000 for us. Day before the wedding come and we contact her about the money and she tells us to wait a few more days then she will get the money to us. Long story short it has now been 1 month and almost 2 weeks since the wedding has finished and still we have not got our full refund back and she keeps giving us specific days and time she will come and give the money but she never turns up unless we go to her then she postpones when she will give the money. So sick of going back and forth with her we just want our refund because she still gets to keep $2000 of our money as her deposit. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING IN WITH THEM.

I am going to be honest. The food quality of Talimanao Restaurant and Catering before, few years ago, was impressive, plenty and fresh varieties. But now, the food quality has unfortunately did not improve or impress. For example, the chopsuey barely had any meat inside only vermicelli, and the taro chopped up in tiny, small, large, big pieces..c'mon, you can do better Meal type: Other

Roast pig is included in the many packages they offer many caterers charge you additonal extra on top of their menus. They have their own ovens to roast the pigs. I ordered the package offering 4 roast pigs and when the pigs arrived they were huge and cooked perfectly. The staff arrived on time and were organised. Faga and her team delivered big time for my dads big send off. Thank you for helping make my dads day beautiful. The family could not stop talking about the delicious food offered and how well organised his day was. Talimanao was recommended to us by family member and we were not disappointed.
