Hickory's Smokehouse Bbq - Flagstaff

On Wednesday, yesterday, my husband had the half chicken and I had the sliced brisket and rib combo. He had french fries, I had mac and cheese. We ate everything! It was so good! He said the chicken was juicy and wonderful. My ribs were really good, I actually liked them better than the sliced brisket, but it was good too. The french fries were so nice and crispy and good, they told us that they put their beef rub on the french fries that's why they're so tasty. The mac n cheese was excellent, no prefab taste there, it was creamy, gooey and really good. We were so stuffed when we left to head back to Prescott Valley. No room for dessert! Cheyenne took great care of us, she made sure we never wanted for anything. She's a really good asset! She worked ordering, delivering, checking on customers, bussing tables, etc. I have been a waitress before and I can appreciate all the extra work she put into making our meal wonderful and everybody else that was there when we were also. She's a rare gem to be found these days. Kudos Cheyenne!! I have an allergy to MSG. I never know if it's in the food until after I've eaten it or within the next day. I had no bad reaction to the food there I'll be happy to go back and eat there again without worrying if I'm going to have a reaction.

Good BBQ! Had the 2 meat combo...pulled pork and brisket. Tender and smoked, but not overpowering smoke flavor. The beans were unique and good too. Glad I found this place!

Food was good. Coming from this fat kid, that says a lot. BBQ is easy enough to make but difficult to be good at and here it's on point. I hail from a small town and the atmosphere reminded me of home. Server made the night tho! Ella es muy linda! And she has a great attitude. Might have been looking for that gratuity... Haha.

Wonderful find today. Best BBQ we have had. I had the sliced chicken. Hubby had the brisket. Both gets two thumbs up. And the sweet potato tater tots were sublime. Our server Cheyenne was so helpful and made sure we had a great time. We will be back.

Delicious food and great service! The pulled pork, ribs, and brisket were sooo good!
