Big Canyon Bbq - Flagstaff

First thing that wowed me was their super friendly service! They truly care about what their customers want, and it's clear they are proud of the food they offer! It's always hard for me to choose between pulled pork and brisket, but with their Condor sandwich, I don't have to choose! It came loaded with smokey brisket, flavorful pulled pork, tangy coleslaw, green chile sauce! It was big enough to share, and we got a side of mac n cheese, which even had little bits of meat in it! Friendly service, flavorful fresh food, fair pricing!

The condor sandwich was great. They were out of brisket by 3pm, but the tri tip substitute was good too. Very friendly too.

Great southern hospitality! They always greet us when we come. The food is wonderful! It?s the best customer service in town. We wouldn?t go to any other barbecue place. We always love to see them! We wish we could go there everyday. If only they were hooked to the back of our truck.
