Bidra med feedbackThe waitress said, even if there is vegan protein and vegan cheese, nothing can be done fully vegan, except salad. The rolls are obviously not vegan.
My husband and I have the NextGen Burger. With the gluten-free bungalow (the vegan option, each burger was about $15 (for just a simple burger, no cheese, avocado, etc.). It was excessively blanding and tasted like the old school veggie burger, where you can see hunks of carrots in it. With a small and cold serving by Fritten, it was one of the most underwhelming burgers and fries experiences of my life. Points because 1. they decent beer, 2. the ambience is big and 3. I love that they offer at least vegan options, but generally large ol’ meh.
They use a company called NexVeg for their burger and I can't say I'm a fan of this style. It's too generic tasting for me. Besides, I went there early so that the place was empty and she still managed to serve my food cold. The staff was friendly, so I'll give them another chance next time in Flagstaff.
