Me, the wife and kids ate here at least once a day during our holiday at the beginning of June. everything we tried was great but the chicken was truly brilliant, especially with lots of chilli oil. Antonio, the owner's son, was so friendly and chatty, as were all the staff in this family-run place. All I can say is if you are anywhere in the area, don't eat anywhere else. Apologies to Antonio for the delay in posting this review, and thanks so much for the great food and conversation.

Ho provato il pollo in molte rosticcerie della zona, ma sinceramente il loro pollo alla salsa piccante è davvero eccezionale. Anche la parmigiana di melanzane è eccellente, non vedo l'ora di provare altri piatti deliziosi. Il personale è cordiale e accogliente. Consigliato!

Pollo fantastico con patate eccellenti. Ho provato altre pietanze in passato e sono sempre state ottime. Consiglio vivamente questo posto. I ragazzi sono gentili e meritano 5 stelle.

We stayed in a nearby hotel in Fiumefreddo di Sicilia and we visited this cafe/take away as it was on cheap eats on Trip Advisor. I would highly recommend a visit to this place if you are every staying her or you are passing the roast chickens are so tasty! The locals come in for them. There were other foods to choose from I had the Gnocci and they do sausage and chips and other really nice foods. I would definately return if I ever go back to Sicily. Good value for money for good home cooking.

Great place to enjoy regional dishes with locals. Pleasant service even if self-service mode only. It was not my first and last time there :
