I've given a lot of trust to the reviews, and I've done well. The room is a little cold in the furnishings (and a little temperature when we arrived there were no customers and this penalized the atmosphere. Apart from this, however, the owners were immediately kind and welcoming. the menu includes proposals of sea and mountain, and are very good in both: rare. the cutters to the cliff and the fettuccine with the fresh porcini were practically perfect. grilled porcini were also excellent, while they often tend to be cold, or coriaceous, or covered with garlic and salt. But they were great. of sweet two drowned truffles, served at temperature. Perhaps a thread of attention to make the environment warmer would help them to enhance a kitchen that is perhaps the best tried in Fiuggi. Good.
Discovered by chance based on the excellent reviews, I wanted to try this restaurant right in front of the place hotel ambassadors where I stayed. the local a little retro had me a bit discouraged but I was immediately welcomed by the owners of a certain age that with a friendly and professional of those who know how to do their job, immediately conquered me. And then the kitchen! What to say. amazing and abundant sea appetizer, cutlets with the rock and unforgettable porcini mushrooms, really Super, for contour chicory exquisite homemade and roasted local strepitosi. wine water and 2 desserts. 75€ honest considered the fresh fish and quality porcini. recommended!
