Salt New Plymouth - Fitzroy New Zealand

Our experience at the restaurant was a true delight, from the staff to the vista out to sea to the meals. The staff even bought out a little anniversary surprise in the way of a marshmallow with a candle a light in the middle and 2 caramel chocolates, it was truly delightful. The best meal and experience we have had for a while.

The meal options were all so amazing that we decided to go with the Surprise menu of 5 courses. We were not disappointed. The presentation of each course was first class, the service the same. The food was full of incredible flavours and ample portions. I can't remember when I have enjoyed a dinner menu as much as we enjoyed our evening meal at Salt. First class, thank you.

We stayed at The waterfront this week dined at Salt on two occasions plus ordered room service. The staff were super friendly and caring. The food was beyond amazing. Would highly recommend to others. We can’t wait to come back!

Another amazing meal at Salt last night. Tasting menu with wine matching is one of the best things about Salt. Last night was no exception! Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and fantastic food

Had the 5 course degustation dinner. First time I've ever had one. Was very nice and each dish had a different taste to it. The wines were also tasty. Very nice and would recommend
