Moran Square Diner - Fitchburg

I really enjoy the vegan choices at Moran Square! I ordered the Moran Square Vegan with vegan cheese and Impossible meat. The hash browns were deliciously crispy. The chef also makes amazing kartoffel dishes. I heard they will be serving vegan ice cream soon, which I am very excited about!

There is a handful of vegan options on the menu, I ended up getting vegan bun and waffeln and it was really delicious! the staff was also very friendly! I'm coming back here.

The chef really knows how to cook a potato to perfection. They will also be offering vegan ice cream soon! I am so excited!

There are a few vegan choices available on the menu, but I always opt for the vegan chicken and waffles, which I found to be incredibly tasty! The staff were also very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
