Bidra med feedbackThis place was my favorite place. after the experience of today I changed my mind. at 2 o'clock I stopped ordering 3 dishes. while I was able to hear different songs in line 2. 1 of the Chipotle speakers and the other of a worker? the playlist. the playlist has blurred a tonne fluchworte. I saw how the staff worked. it seemed to me it was difficult for the workers in the front line to hear the commands. finally? I ordered 1 bowl to double meat with 2 different meats. the server was not happy when I mentioned that she did not give a double meat and that she gave half 1 meat and half the other meat. as a more common customer, I was aware that double meat was extra. we wanted to pay extra. the same server seemed to post an employment with me. after home. it appeared the same server put extra sharp sauce on all 3 of my orders. 1 bowl was meant for my children. now we have 3 dishes with extra spicy sauce, which none of us can enjoy. $40 down. we are very disappointed. the server was older women wearing a homemade fabric mask. only fyi, I tried to call this place 3 times to talk to a manager, but nobody answered. So here I am. a man appeared a few times during my waiting period with a black chef?s shirt. I don't know if he's the manager. the service I received today was unacceptable.
The whole store is just nasty. Food leftovers on the tables, dinning floors. The kitchen floor is covered with foot stuff. The employees dumped my rice chicken and beans, salad and tomato?s like garbage in my bowl. I should have just left the store but I was shocked and needed time to process. When I got home I just dumped the food. It?s just unbelievable that anyone just go there .
I really try hard to be generous in my reviews. But I can not get past the multiple failures we experienced tonight at this Chipotle. We came in at 7p.m. and the line was nearly out the door. The staff of young people was undisciplined, disorganized and it appeared that the new guy was floundering unaided in the fatal funnel at the center position on the food prep line. Other employees watched as he struggled sticking diligently to their positions. The ice machine was out of order so we had to ask for ice from behind the counter. The floor was a disaster. Every table was dirty inside and out. If there was a leader on duty I could not figure out who that was. I have eaten at many Chipotle locations. This was by far the worst run one yet. Thankfully the food was still good. Regretfully, that's the best thing I can say.
12/17/21 Very very disappointed. I gave it one star because, if I'm being totally honest, I still at the food. But if I hadn't been traveling all day, and if I wasn't starving, and if I hadn't just driven out of my way to go to Chipotle because it's one of my FAVS, I would have just gone somewhere else. This place was NOT clean. I wouldn't say it was nasty, but it wasn't what I've seen at the 60 or so other Chipotles I've been in. I've posted the pictures, you can see for yourself. The food was marginal. Also not what I've come to expect. But again, I still ate it. This location has got to do better! (Intentional with the improper use of words.
Every time I visit a chipotle, I go in hoping it?s better then the last time. This visit was absolutely the worst. My husband and I went in together but ordered and paid separately. The ?girl? that was taking the initial part of the order was very dismissive of me. I ordered the new brisket and there was maybe to scoops left. I knew my husband was going to order that also and asked if the had a fresh batch coming out (I knew there would be because I saw a cook in the back chopping up fresh brisket) I asked to wait for it and she completely ignored me. As my bowl continued down the line I saw it looking worst and worst. When it was my husbands turn to be helped, she was to excited to help him. She got fresh ingredients out and started chatting him up about the weather! So disrespectful!
