Bidra med feedback2 burgers which were very good. Not the most amazing but good. 1 order of fries, 2 vanilla malts. The malts were delicious BUT this is a little pricey for what we ordered. $36. I may go back but it was fun to try. I enjoyed ordering at the kiosk. Very straightforward. I appreciated the disinfectant available to wipe down the table.
I love Shake Shack, I lived in NYC when the original was founded. So, I have standards. They do not have it together at this store. They are slow and can't seem to get the order correct. The drinks aren't mixed in a flavorful way. And whoever made the shack sauce got it wrong today. It tasted like the bottom of a pickle barrel. Danny Meyer wouldn't approve. I still give it 4 stars because the burgers are great!
Overall pretty good but very similar to Culver?s, Steak?N Shake or In Out from the West Coast! Very simple but tasty burgers ranging from single or double cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches mushroom burgers! Their fries are crinkle fries and not regular straight fries and they come with options of cheese or a spicy seasoning! Their shakes are also pretty tasty; simple but tasty offering flavors like chocolate, strawberry, vanilla or cookies cream! The cheese sauce that they offer is pretty basic as well! The best time to eat this food is immediately after you order it! If you wait, the cheese sauce cools off hardens up! This is a good food if you are a late night eater! Overall, we spent $39 on our first time visiting and yes it was good but possibly a little over priced!
Soooo good... the service. I had a wonderful lunch eating inside a busy fast food restaurant. There are at least 2 different ways to order when inside. I opted the old fashion way of standing in line to talk to someone. There is an option to order with a tablet mounted on the wall. I was informed by text my food was ready and they also called out my name. There was constant employee presence whether they were returning trays as diners left, or getting refills which were free, so I didn't have to leave my table. It was the best dining experience I've had in a long time and it was in a fast food restaurant. I can't wait until my next visit. I'll be dining in. The food was great by the way.
Our first trip in. (We went on a weekday at 4pm) We were curious if the experience was going to match the hoopla. Sadly, it didn't. The food was good enough. Nothing spectacular. We didn't interact with any humans so I can't rate the service. Way overpriced for what it is. We are not big fans of the self order tablets, nor the dining room style. Too uncomfortable and loud. Our feet stuck to the floor and our arms to the table tops. The place needed a cleaning pretty bad and they were not busy. Maybe just 3 other couples while we were there. This place is best suited for us as take out pick up where we would take home and have our own drinks. $3.50+ for a small drink is hard to swallow if we have a carload of kids.
