Qdoba Mexican Grill - Fishers

I would like to shout out to the employees at Fishers Qdoba Richard, Cheyenne, Johnny and anyone else who was working 11/03/2022. Great service and absolutely rocked my order. I am a bit picky so to have them listen to me and do what I asked wasreally awesome! The food is always cooked just right and fresh. So thank you all for making my experience worth it.!!!!!

They were out of key ingredients but I can understand that happens sometimes... my issue was with the poor customer service the woman making our food did not greet us kindly at all, simply just said what do you want? and sloppily tossed ingredientshaphazardly into each item that was created (cup of queso and guac/burritos/burrito bowl). Her tone was very rude throughout theprocess and she was unprofessional with each person. The woman that checked us out however was very nice and I thanked hermultiple times for her help.

How does this location stay in business? They close at 7pm on Fridays and Saturdays?? Most other restaurants in town are open until 9pm or later on Friday and Saturday. We ended up going to Torchy's instead.

Cleanliness is something that needs to be worked at this point... So decided to give it another try. The management team was completely different and now it is clean enjoyed the experience... Kudos to the team!!!!

I just wanted to say how great the staff was today! Scotty Isaiah we are both immediately attentive, although I was only in the store for maybe 10 minutes her demeanor made my whole day! I tried to pay it forward, buy a meal for the next customer in the line and they went beyond and beyond with their answer. I feel that they deserved a scream that they really exceeded my expectations of a “fast food” stop!
