Prodigy Burger - Fishers

The food is great but the kitchen is so slow! Over an hour for burgers seems excessive. It even took 45 minutes for an appetizer. This was our second visit, tired to give them the benefit of the doubt but we won 't be back. The arcade helped keep my kids busy while we waited but that 's too long.

The burgers ordered were all very good and the server was good. Although, watching the bus boy bus tables and then clearly seeing him and the host going up to the bowl in the hot window where the fries are kept and eating them frequently through the meal. This same fries are what we’re put on customers plates to serve.The paper towels in the bathroom were out and there was a bit of blood splatter on the top of the air drier in the mens bathroom. To top it off, there was a minor with their family sitting at the bar top.

This location confuses our delivery orders consistently. Things have always disappeared and it is impossible to get someone on the phone, even during weekdays outside the busy times. The only time we could actually get someone on the phone, the manager said he'd call us back, but never. It's a shame because the food here is great, but the service is terrible. It seems that din-in customers usually leave good reviews, but delivery or execution customers consistently leave 1-star reviews. It has been this way for at least months and it does not seem that Prodigy does everything to improve, nor do they care. They also took the buffalo chicken dive from their appetizer menu and the only way to get it is by ordering a dip trio that is much more expensive than the original appetizer.

I do not recommend getting the lettuce wrapped burger. It was just a small hard piece of lettuce on top. The cheese curds were reported as good by my girlfriend. Burgers both sub-par.Food: 1/5

We came to Prodigy Burger to give it another try and we truly enjoyed the service from the bartender named, Cayden, who was extremely helpful, patient and friendly. He is way better than another bartendress we have had in the past. He was so conscientious to make sure our order was correct and always asked if we needed anything else. We felt special because he was so kind to us and made us actually want to come back. Thank you Cayden for going above and beyond.
