She’s incredibly friendly and attentive, making every visit special. Every flavor here is rich, creamy, and bursting with genuine Italian taste. The Nutella flavour? Simply the best I’ve ever had! And if you’re looking for an indulgent combo, I highly recommend pairing the Nutella with the salted butter flavour—it’s an experience you won’t forget. But it’s not just the taste. The portion sizes are more than generous, especially for the very reasonable prices. At around 8 euros for two medium cones, each packed with two large scoops, you’re getting tremendous value, particularly for Florence. Throughout my Italian journey, I’ve tried countless gelato places, but none came close to Gelateria Pitti. I returned multiple times, each visit confirming its unmatched excellence. When you visit, make sure to greet Albina; her warmth towards everyone truly stands out. Let’s support such amazing small businesses. If you’re in Florence and craving gelato, there’s no other place to be! BEWARE of the whipped large gelato mounds at other Florence Gelato stores, this is not right! This is the real deal!
