Authentic Florentine meal with great service and old school vibe.

Worst meal we had in Florence. Absolutely terrible. How could they screw up a simple pasta? And after that they actually requested a service charge!

This restaurant was recommended by our Airbnb host. We wanted a Fiorentina steak. The restaurant has a real local feel with long shared tables. Our waiter at first seemed a bit rough but he was very nice to us in the end and appreciated my attempt to converse in Italian. We had the Fiorentina, grilled veges and then cheese platter. We also then took vin santo and biscuits. Highly recommend, you will not get a fine dining experience but you will get good honest food made from the best local ingredients.

A traditional restaurant that loves genuine and simple but not trivial things. mushrooms, truffles and so on to the famous meatballs or vitella fillet crutches. good everything, however you choose will remain a pleasant memory. you can have all the traditional meals that have flourished a place more known for food. Don't lose.
