It 's my first review on Google, I 'm sitting at the adjacent Delfino restaurant but I want to share my experience after deciding to leave this restaurant. I can 't rate the food, but after sitting down with my girlfriend, being in the bathroom when ordering, the first puffs began. I then ask for the catch of the day and, in an apathetic and irritated way, I am shown a drawer with Pargo. I ask if everything is there as well as asking to confirm if the fish was fresh. In English I may have been a little polite but the reaction is, in my opinion, not very polite and professional. I am told at first glance that the fish is from last year. Secondly, I am told that I don 't understand anything about it, that the choice is limited because we are talking about the catch of the day and that in the supermarket you would have found every possible and imaginable assortment. After apologizing for a possible misunderstanding and trying to establish a friendly atmosphere, I am ignored and pushed away. We ate on 8/17/2023. Coming from Crete, we went there recommended by Cretan friends who often go there. The best food and the most beautiful island atmosphere we encountered in Karpathos! The fish incredible, the salad made of wonderful ingredients and the potatoes delicious. We ate there on the last day of our vacation and left with the best impression of the island.
