Bidra med feedbackIt was one of the places that were opened on Sunday at 16.00. Near Dali museum. Very friendly service, oficiant spoke Spain and French. We ordered €12.50 menu with gazpacho and paella. Gazpacho was very delicious, paella was Ok, with seafood. Also we ordered coffee with milk (good coffee at €1.85). Payed with bank card. Good place, I think.
The staff were rude to us almost immediately when the kids asked for a bathroom to wash their hands. One of the worst experiences in a bar/restaurant, despite the lovely terrace. We had a drink, paid and left. We complained but they just made excuses. Reading other reviews it seems the food is also dreadful. Go somewhere else!
The food was ok, though without any sign of fantasy. Size was at the edge to be accepted, though far from big. Modest size, modest quality, not cheap though. Not even expensive.
Ordered Melon and Ham , and got a great disappointment ascertaining that the ham was prepackaged. Now, this happening in the country with the best ham of the world it is unforgivable. I didn’t expect Pata Negra but a good serrano freshly sliced it is a quite honest expectation. Service quite average , waitress looked pretty overwhelmed.
We had ordered before we had time to look at the reviews of this place. When I saw them I thought OMG! But actually the service was not bad and the food, although not the best tapas we had on this trip was pretty good. Cheaper than the places up the hill towards the Dali Museum. Maybe the bad reviews are just old ones?
