I absolutely adore the stunning views and elegant ambiance of this upscale restaurant. The food is truly outstanding and is sure to impress. A visit here for a leisurely dinner is highly recommended.
We dined here while staying at the hotel. The restaurant is at the front of the hotel so there are sea views, the interior is decorated to a high standard and is very classy. I had a warm winter salad with lemon hummus for starters, absolutely delicious. My companions shared the Arbroath Smokie Pate which was also got the thumbs up. There was Guinea Fowl on the menu (which I'd never eaten before so opted for that. It was well cooked and very flavorsome, as well as the veg that accompanied it. My brother had a steak which was enjoyed. Only downside for me was the dessert. I ordered Creme Brulee which hadn't been cooked properly (perhaps too long? as it was more jelly like than a creamy consistency. The Panna Cotta that the other's had was finished off though! All in all, I thought that the 3 courses for £20 was excellent value (supplement for the steak . I would definitely recommend a visit if you are in St Andrews.
This is a great spot for a business lunch. As someone who doesn't play golf, I may not fully understand the location, but the food and service were excellent. The setting is ideal for a professional meal.
This is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy a coffee, tea, beer, or cocktail. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting.
