We are at the FIASTRA Bar as we go to visit the lake and discover...with immense pleasure that these places are rich not only for the naturalistic beauties but also for the human ones The owner of the BAR a wonderful boy who chose to stay and value companies and products that make the typicality a strong point in the quality of the products. ... they told us....as the dam was born on the lake of FIASTRA...with what effort and with how much commitment of so many their fellow citizens. Focaccie stuffed with ciauscolo and pecorino and lonzino and pecorino very good. Very kind staff.

Breakfast in this small bar a short distance from the start of the path of the Red Blades. Unfortunately, the place at the moment because of the earthquake of years ago, is inside a readattato container, the owner however is very kind and has served us a good cappuccino and brioches (here, perhaps a little small though good and well stuffed). I'm very honest.
