Taco Bell - Festus

The fryer oil is old, rancid in flavor on the pizza shells. My sister got me the Mexican pizza which I normally love. But the few times we have got it at the festus, Missouri store the oil has had a bad taste. I would rather travel down the road to a competitor for food that does not taste rancid. Then when I call the store to complain they hang up on my 5 times without answering, just picking up and hanging up.

Never was able to get food!!! No ONE to take orders only a darn machine!!! Line wrapped around the building!!! Never will buy food from a business that doesn't have a PERSON to take my order!!! Lost customer !!

As soon as I walked in there was terrible odor. All of the trash cans were overflowing and one was leaking a liquid onto the floor. None of the tables were clean and one was broken and just left out for display. The tortillas were hard as a rock and the refried beans on my burrito were so dry that they were almost a powdery consistency. The employees all seemed to be working very hard.... however they most likely need help. I would be ashamed to say I owned this restaurant.

They intentionally gave me a completely empty crunch wrap supreme. Literally just a tortilla will a few pieces of lettuce and nothing else.

Would have given it 5 stars but have had some troubles with the food . The drive threw has definitely improved and workers are nice store could be a little cleaner but I understand they are really busy so it's hard to keep up the bathrooms are usually
