Tell them my name at the drive-thru for mobile orders, I waited 7-9 min. Then the lady handed me a wrong order and being rude me at the window, claiming that it was my order that I had a drink with it. I didn't order a drink. I showed her my order on my phone, and then she got upset. Tell me to pull forward, so I'll then waited 30+ minutes for my order. Went in to speak to manager to file a complaint. She said the manager is not there and threatening to call the cops. I told her call the cops bc I want to file complaint. That lady was so rude and I didn't get what I ordered when I got home. I will not be coming back to this place.

They forgot half of my food and they are high and they didn't even care and they their are food at my

Once again the only people in line at this place and they still manage to mess up my order. This jack n the box is a joke. Told them 3 times I want my burger with just cheese to which they put everything but cheese on my burger. Happens everytime k go here. For real hire some people who can actually read and listen correctly, won’t be going back.

Food was great. The drive thru wiener was so nice and helpful. Will return !!

Attempted to place an order at 1:30pm. employee informs me they are only taking online orders as he is the only employee in the building other employees should be here in 15 . so I sit and wait. other patrons get out of their car to find out what the hold up is. employee then interrupted our conversation to inform me that I was holding up the line in a condescending tone and I should wait in the back of the parking lot while using vulgarities. there 's almost an hour I 'll never get back.
