Wagamama - FERNO

Our server Joshelle was very friendly and helpful. She did not only serve the whole restaurant by herself but also jumped in behind the pass to help prepare food whilst maintaining a very professional attitude. We always enjoy Wagamama but this time was exceptional!

Average food and poor service. The Asian look waitress is super impolite, if not rude. I ordered English breakfast, but I also had some surprise in it. HAIR! Indeed, a long hair on the baked tomatoes. Also the juice I ordered is not actually real juice, it has so much water in it. Consider again if you want to stop by and eat something.

I had a rather disappointing experience at Wagamama in Milan Malpensa Airport. The waitstaff was quite impolite, especially the young lady with tinted red hair, and they seemed to be arguing among themselves. The food was not served warm, and many items on the menu, including juices, were unavailable. The curry I ordered was one of the worst I've had in recent times. All in all, I would recommend avoiding this place.

A volte insistere giova. Dopo un paio di esperienze in questo ristorante disastrose, stavolta non ho trovato una sbavatura. Servizio veloce. Piatto ottimo. Speriamo che non sia solo una botta di fortuna visto che Wagamama a me piace.
