The Emory - Ferndale

It was the perfect day to enjoy the patio at the Emory. Mellita, our waiter made sure we enjoyed our experience. We had a few sliders and fries. I had the regular fries, and they left alot to be deserved, they lacked seasoning and flavor for me. The truffle fries were obviously more elevated. The chipotle honey bbq slider was good, however i anticipated that the chicken would be drenched in the sauce, the sauce was only on top there top portion of the bun. The classic with substituted turkey patty with the special sauce was great. I added lettuce and tomato as well.

I don 't like to leave bad reviews but this was my second bad experience. Both including neglect when no one else was around. Last night, although maybe 5 guests were there setting up a party, the whole entire staff was sitting/standing around a table just talking, all while I 'm standing by myself waiting for my take out. Literally 5 minutes later one of them gets up and goes and grabs my bag that 's in the party section, as if I was supposed to know it was in there and not the people 's stuff. I walk over to the port where I was hanging out, not a single napkin, utensil or ketchup for my fries. I walk back, they gather a bag of those things while telling me they neglected me or didn 't see me because they were figuring out how to handle the party I walk back to the port with my bag, they gave me a hot sauce and zero ketchup. Walk back and they had to get ketchup out of storage.When I FINALLY ate, my fries were brown and soggy, which means burnt/old oil was used and my two sliders were very bland and made me literally ill (probably not cooked long enough as I got two poultry sliders)They have so much potential but I 'll never be wasting my money there again.

A somewhat-healthier alternative to traditional bar food with classy drinks, very friendly staff, and a chill environment. It’s one of my friend group’s favorite in the area!PS the cauliflower wings are ??

Visiting from SWFL, friend took me here, sliders are absolutely amazing, ate there for lunch and dinner, great prices too!

Not so great dining experience. Sliders were good. Poutine made with dried out old fries were a disappointment. Sticky table top was gross. Waitress said they are always like that due to the cleanser they use. When I told the waitress the salt shaker was empty she said thanks for letting me know and never brought salt. Entire wait staff seemed more interested in hanging out by the bar than attending to customers. Hard to get my waitress ' attention and literally had to go to the bar to get her to come to to table. Cannot recommend this place.
