Starbucks - Ferndale

I asked for a blended latte they told me the closest thing I could get to it was a frappe-chino, I then told them I wanted an iced latte but blended instead of on the ice. They said I could get a blended coffee not a blended latte, I have never had my coffee request not full-filled before. Very unpleasant experience.

Ordered just water girl taking my order was rude as hell about it. What? Youd rather me order hella fraps than just water? You starbucks workers complain about everything.

A very nice Starbucks. Great location, and I am treated with kindness and sincerity. Lots of concrete and hard surfaces, so it can be a bit loud but maybe I'm just getting old

Nice space with good service but it's always freezing in there. Bring layers. They need to take it easy with the year-round air conditioning!

First time at this location. I was going to order something, but when I saw my coworker was the only one waitkng twelve minutes for his coffee.I decided to skip it.He informed me that he had to wait for the staff to make all the drive thru, app orders and doordash pick ups first.I laughed and said, This is my 'first ' visit, sad visit, and last visit.
