Bidra med feedbackThis is definitely Amelia island’s finest restaurant. We were staying in the Omni hotel resorts and this was place was strongly recommended. So glad we tried it out. The moment you enter the restaurant you will get a fantastic service, delicious food, and an enjoyable evening with friends and family. We were a group of eight so made reservations ahead of time. You can make reservations right from the Omni hotel website. In the beginning they start you out with delicious bread, olives and rosemary olive oil tomato purée. They make all their pasta in house and each pasta dish we ordered was amazing. The cheese board is a sure winner and a must order. Another favorite was the Florida Snapper. Loved how it was presented and the taste was exquisite. You cannot leave without trying out the desserts, we ordered the tiramisu and olive oil cake. Both were melting in the mouth and simply amazing. The tiramisu was one of the best I have ever had. 10/10 for me.
Great service, great food. Ordered the honeydew salad rolls expecting to be grossed out lol but DAMN it was wild like an adventure of flavor in my mouth. The scallops were really the best prepared I've likely ever had as well. Will be back when we come back to Amelia.
We ate at Veranda twice last week, in the bar area. Both times we ordered the exact same salads, because they were so good and the presentation was very pretty too! Don’t forget to ask for the bread service.
This place needs 6 starts!! We had the vegetarian pasta and it was amazing. The lamb pasta is just as good!
This restaurant evidently has been through a few changes and is now Mediterranean. We were told the Signature dishes have remained for 30 years. This has a great atmosphere with a variety of items on the menu. You start with nice bread and a spicy tomato dipping sauce or olives in olive oil. Our table had magnificent pasta and fish. You can never go wrong with the dessert selections here. Some twists on vintage cocktails tops it all off!
