Wildside Cafe - FERN TREE

The coffee is excellent, the service is amazing, and they make their own soup fresh every day. The menu offers a variety of food options, and they also sell cute knit hats.

The café has now relocated to the Fern Tree Tavern and is no longer in Stephenson Place. We miss our old shop.

The menu offered a diverse selection of lunch options, including desserts and coffee. We decided on the Roast Lamb with vegetables, Lime cheesecake, and coffee. The main course was $15, which we found to be quite reasonable compared to our recent dining experiences on the West Coast. Although the lamb was slightly dry and tough, it was still enjoyable and the vegetables were satisfactory. The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, and we recommend choosing a seat by the window to admire the tree ferns below.
