Krystal - Fern Park

All of the food was cold with the exception of a cornpup. One of the CHEESE KRYSTAL meat was so overcooked hard in one of them, I hurt my teeth biting into it, and threw it away. The 3 Chili Cheese Pup I got were so cold none of the cheese was melted on them.

I had a terrible time here. I really expected the author to have more respect for the customers. she literally cried me through the drive through and also the manager heard them because I came in to talk to the manager about it. she also became defensiw. I never screamed that I never screamed, but the manager to become defensiw was completely out of order. I will contact my lawyer on this incident and the better business office. Even when I came in, I told the manager, it's very hard out here to keep a job, our economy will be hard. she must have respect because the people here have gone crazy. I just don't feel like I'm respected. if she tells me who else gets this treatment.

Customer service has completely shut down the drain here. I visited this place on Sunday morning at 11 a.m. and at the order the woman who worked the drive-thru was rude and respectful. She cut me in the middle of my order, she had an unpleasant attitude, and she was angry at me when I tried to explain my order. NOT OPINIONS. You could talk the employees negatively about the drive by loudspeakers (Mic was still on). I canceled my order and left. You lost $20. I will not come back here to see how much more revenue is lost on poor customer service unprofessional behavior.

We and my husband dined in, our food was great and Nicky rocked the show. She ran drive thru, Front Counter even had to help the 2 guys in the kitchen. Oh and I loved the donut hole....

Krystal's was exceptional service, quality and lovely yet friendly staff. The food was hot and fresh and very clean. Lovely treasure to visit and grab good food for decent price. PROS: Parking lot was clean, staff were lovely and food good n fresh CONS: None upon observation
