Evoe' Bistrot - FERMO

The food was excellent, the service attentive, the ambience incomparable and the wine, good, exceptional. In a small, rebuilt alley in a beautiful Italian hill village, the owners, both Sommeliers, brought their expertise to the table to further improve the experience. It is my special place to go and I encourage others to share my experience.

We had a great dinner! Food, service just everything was very good. Very nice place. We very much enjoyed it.

We spotted this place for the first time this year though it opened last. It’s a change on the classic menu offered by many local restaurants. Tapas, cocktails and tasty primi/secondi dishes, whatever you prefer. Natural wines (try the Aghilos) and scrummy deserts. All served with great care and warmth in an atmospheric spot.

Torre di Palme is a magical little village and this restaurant is a marvelous find. The setting is modern and trendy, the service is impeccable and the food is remarkably good.

Lovely place in the beautiful village of palm tower. the manager always available and ready to explain the excellent dishes. Congruous and fair. to return
