Jimmy John's - Fergus Falls

Ordered at 8:38pm store manager called at 8:51 and said they closed. In the time they wasted till they called they could have made my food. This happens almost every time we order. Manager doesn’t even apologize just sits and says “uhh know anyone who needs a job?” Not my job to find you employees when the manager can’t even do his job.

For the second time and the last. Go there and they only have wheat bread. Why don't they go ahead and close their doors for good!!!!!

So, I'm at Jimmy right now and it's 8:43pm. They told me they closed early tonight. Not supposed to close til 9pm. So a big waste of my time, and my gas cuz I live on the other side of town. Not cool at all. I think they just don't feel like working. I doubt whoever is in charge knows they do this at night. Hopefully they do now.

I had ordered delivery, and they were apologetic when calling, since they didn't have a driver, and when I got there they gave me my order, I appreciate the food, and will return here!Kind, friendly staff, fast service.

Consistent with quality just like all others. Love the subs!
