South Beach Seafoods

We were really hungry after walking on the beach and everyone wanted to have fish and chips. Quite liked the taste and size of the fish. It was pretty light on the wallet also. I would recommend a visit here for a quick lunch. We tried the fish and chips only.

Really enjoyed the seafood dinner. Batter was light and not overly oily. King prawn cutlets were true to their name in size! Calamari was crisp and tasty. Didn't have a salad but they looked really fresh on display. <br/ <br/ Service was outstanding! Had to wait a fair time as it was busy but one of the cooks heard my crying, hungry impatient toddler and brought him a couple of chips to help calm him. Thank you for a heart warming, enjoyable experience!

Lovely grilled fish and octopus. We had their grilled pack which was $18.90 each and came with chips and salad. They're popular so we had to wait for like 15mins.

BEST FISH AND CHIPS IN SYDNEY HANDS DOWN!! I would leave 10 stars if I could!! I have no idea what’s wrong with some of these other reviewers, I guess they don’t know amazing food when they’re eating it! I have been coming to get this fish for years it has always been fresh; hot and delicious. The service is exactly what you expect for easy going, relaxed fish and chips by the beach. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed with this place!!

Wow, best fish and chips I've had since coming to Australia (from New Zealand! and I gotta say, given that I've always been so incredibly disappointed by Aussie fish and chips compared to kiwi ones, these guys surpassed my expectations! Would 100% recommend especially since the price is pretty good
