Chambers is a quaint café located in the heart of Haymarket. With chic European vibes and a great range of delicious café classics, this is the perfect spot to take a break, refuel and people watch.<br/ What I tried: <br/ Well being breakfast: Smoked salmon, poached eggs, avacado, toast and salad mix <br/ Eggs Benedict: Poached eggs on sourdough with mushrooms and baby spinach topped with hollandaise sauce <br/ Black forest cake
For fine coffee, delicious all day breakfast dishes and tempting cakes, check out Chambers Fine Coffee, there are seven convenient Sydney locations.<br/ <br/ I visited the Haymarket branch which is right near UTS, there is seating upstairs which makes it a good spot if you’re catching up with friends. They have the usual suspects when it comes to breakfast dishes from a big breakfast (vegetarian option as well, eggs benny, and granola. There is a selection of burgers as well to tempt you but also to balance that a selection of salads as well. <br/ <br/ There is also decent selection of pre made sandwiches and bagels that you can grab to and go. And not to mention, an array of baked goods from cookies, croissants and cakes to tempt you.<br/ <br/ I visited the Haymarket cafe and ordered the following:<br/ Eggs Benedict with smoked ham can’t go wrong with a classic brunch dish.<br/ Wellbeing breakfast loved the fresh and generous serve of smoked salmon in this dish!<br/ Blueberry cheesecake it was perfectly creamy! The base was a little hard but loved the filling.<br/ Iced taro latte a great cold drink option, it was very milky though.<br/ Matcha latte really enjoyed this, I love matcha tea.<br/ <br/ Overall, a convenient place to stop by for a coffee/tea or to grab a bite to eat from their ready made options or simple breakfast/brunch items. <br/ <br/ Note: I dined as a guest of the venue. All views and opinions expressed are my own.
Australia’s cafe culture is booming and so many of us grab a coffee on the run, have a seat and enjoy a coffee or two with the weekend paper or have an extended brunch with friends. We love venturing out and trying new places and certainly love finding good coffee joints. Whether it be a milk based coffee, original strong black espresso or iced cold coffee, you’ll find something that suits you at Chambers fine coffee. They use their own specialty roasted coffee in their signature drinks. If you’re not a coffee connoisseur, perhaps a shake or juice is more up your alley. <br/ <br/ Chambers fine coffee have 6 stores across Sydney and we tried out the Haymarket venue. On a crisp weekend morning we chose to sit outside and dine alfresco and take in a bit of sunlight over our morning brekkie.<br/ <br/ A diverse range of menu options, whether it be a burger, eggs Benedict or açai bowl, you’ll find a menu that boasts all day dining. We shared the big brekkie with hash brown, avo, bacon, tomato, mushrooms and eggs as well as the muesli with fresh fruits. <br/ <br/ Staff were friendly and efficient. <br/
The coffee beans and mocha are the best in town! Better than campos. I like the house blend best but single origin also worths a try. Bagels and the vegetable bowl are also good. Staff is friendly!
